Border Police Announced
It looks like the Gray Davis Recall folks have started an initiative to secure our border.
The initiative is just for California. It would create a state police force to enforce US Immigration laws within the state of California. It goes without saying that this is a really good idea.
I'll be updating here as needed to keep the news focused on the facts of what they are doing. We don't need a lot of spin and politics mucking this up. A state border patrol is a good idea but this issue is bound to be clouded and muddied and probably even copied. Stay tuned for more on this as it develops...
